pre-Event info - Iris Rooftop

I hope you’re all set for a nice afternoon with the ladies on Saturday😊🎉🥂 The event starts at 12.30pm and here is all the info you will need.

Where do I go?

Iris rooftop is accessible through the lift in the Hotel X lobby. Hotel X is located at 458 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley.

On arrival

When you exit the lift on the rooftop, you can approach the host desk, and let them know you are attending the Social with a Twist event, and you will be shown to the reserved cabana.

what to expect?

There will be 12 ladies attending with a mix of ladies who have attended events before and newbies, so you’ll all get to meet fab new women😊

There have been last minute cancellations so there will be extra food, you’ll be able to arrange with staff to take away any extra food.

food

The shared food selection will be:

Cured meats
Tomato and oregano croquettes
Lamb empanadas
Grilled tomato bread with manchego
Manchego with quince, marinated and pickled vegetables
Tomato and mozarella croquettes

Most food will come out at 12.50pm, and then additional croquettes and empanadas will come out at 1.15pm.

drinks

All drinks can be purchased at the bar so you can pay separately.

event finish time

Event finishes at 2.30pm, your cabana will be available to 3.15pm and you’ll be welcome to stay as long (or short) as you’d like to😊

pre-connection whatsapp

You’ll be able to keep in touch with the ladies via WhatsApp chat group if you need to contact them. I do not see most messages in the chat, so if you need to contact me just pop me a DM.

parking

Secure Parking has facilities on Brunswick Street and Martin Street, both are within walking distance to venue.

cancellations

If you need to cancel prior to the event please let me know.
