pre-Event info - Planar Restaurant

I hope you’re all set for a nice dinner at Planar and meeting fab new women😊🎉🥂 The event starts at 6.00pm and here is all the info you will need.

Where do I go?

Planar is at Darling Harbour, ground floor of ICC, shop CO8.

On arrival

Let staff know you are there for the Social with a Twist booking.

what to expect?

There will be 9 women attending, with a mix of newbies and women who have been to events before so you’ll all get to meet fab new women🎉🥂.

vivid lights

You will have a great view of the lights from the restaurant. As there will be road closures, public transport is the best option to get into the city. Click me for Info.

food

This shared food selection will come out around 6.20pm:

Margherita pizza
Chicken mushroom and avocado pasta in a cream sauce
Quinoa salad with roasted pumpkin, beetroot, avocado and walnuts in a lemon dressing (GF)

dietaries and food allergies

Venue cannot guarantee no trace contiminants or cross-contamination.

drinks

To pay individually you can just order and pay for your drinks as you order, as the restaurant does not split bills at the end.

event finish time

Event finish time is 8pm and your table will be available longer, so you’re welcome to stay as long (or short) as you like😊

cancellations

If you need to cancel prior to, or on the day of the event please let me know as early as possible as I will need to make the necessary arrangements, and this also ensures ladies are not waiting for you to arrive.
