pre-Event info - Baia The Italian

I hope you’re all set for dinner with the ladies😊🎉🥂 The event starts at 6pm and here is all the info you will need.

Where do I go?

Baia Restaurant is at 114 Cockle Bay Wharf, Darling Harbour.

On arrival

Let staff know you are attending the Social with a Twist event.

what to expect?

18 ladies will be attending and you’ll be in two smaller groups on two tables.

food

This shared food selection will be brought out at 6.20pm so you’ll have time to pop to the bar on arrival:

Handmade lamb ravioli with mascarpone, mushrooms and leek
Pumpkin risotto with sage and roasted pinenuts (V, GF)
Bufala Pizza (V)
Bufala and a gluten free Margherita pizza (on Table One)
Wild rocket pear salad (V, GF)
Calamari

drinks

To pay individually you can just order and pay for your drinks at the bar, as the restaurant does not split bills at the end.

arrival time

Please allow enough time to arrive by 6pm, your table will be available from 5.45pm if you arrive early.

event finish time

Event finish time is 8pm, and you are welcome to stay for as long (or short) as you’d like to😊

pre-connection

I will include you in a pre-connection WhatsApp group with the other ladies attending. When everyone has given a 👍to confirm they have been able to access and read this pre-event info then the chat group will be opened.

If you need to message me just pop me a DM as I do not see most of the messages in chat groups once the ladies get their chat on.😊

cancellations

If you need to cancel prior to the event please let me know as early as possible as I will need to make the necessary arrangements.
