pre-Event info - Bivacco

I hope you’re all set for a fun Saturday lunch with the girls😊🎉🥂 The event starts at 1pm and here is all the info you will need.

Where do I go?

Bivacco is at 115 Customs Street West.

On arrival

Let the host know you are there for the Social with a Twist event and they will show you to your table.

if you arrive early

Your table will probably be available from 12.45pm but if it is not, you’ll be able to wait/grab a drink in the bar area.

what to expect?

There are 17 ladies attending, you’ll be split onto two tables so you get a chance to connect in a smaller group😊 The tables are high tables so you’ll also be able to mingle between the two tables and around the food table.

which table am i on?

Your table number is indicated in your WhatsApp chat group.

food

There will be a separate table with the food where you’ll be able to help yourself to this selection.

Cured meats (GF)
Goats cheese and pear pizza
Spicy salami pizza
Calamari
Cos salad with green beans, avocado and parmesan (GF)
Fries

The food will all come out at 1.20pm

drinks

You will be able to order and pay for drinks from the comfort of your table🥳🥂.

event finish time

Event finishes at 3pm, and you are welcome to stay as long (or short) as you’d like to😊

cancellations

If you need to cancel prior to, or on the day of the event, please let me know as early as possible, or you can message the ladies in the chat group. I do not see most messages in the chat group so just pop me a DM.

parking

Downtown car park is close by and just $2.50 per hour. Click for info.
