pre-Event info - Bivacco

I hope you’re all set for a fun Saturday evening with the girls😊🎉🥂 The event starts at 5.30pm and here is all the info you will need.

Where do I go?

Bivacco is at 115 Customs Street West.

On arrival

Let the host know you are there for the Social with a Twist event and they will show you to your table.

if you arrive early

Your table will probably be available from 5.15pm but if it is not, you’ll be able to wait/grab a drink in the bar area.

what to expect?

There are 9 ladies attending so you’ll all get a chance to meet new women over a bite to eat🎉🥂😊

food

The shared food selection will be:

Cured meats
Goats cheese and pear pizza
Calamari
Cucumber and smoked yoghurt salad

The food will all come out at 5.50pm

drinks

You will be able to order and pay for drinks from the comfort of your table🥳🥂.

event finish time

Your table will be available to 7.15pm/7.30pm, and if you would like to continue your chats after this time then staff will make sure there is a space for you at the bar😊

If you have any queries staff or the duty manager will be able to assist.

cancellations

If you need to cancel prior to, or on the day of the event, please let me know as early as possible, or you can message the ladies in the chat group. I do not see most messages in the chat group so just pop me a DM.

parking

Downtown car park is close by and just $2.50 per hour. Click for info.
