pre-Event info - saint alice

I hope you’re all set for a fun Saturday afternoon with the girls😊🎉🥂 The event starts at 4.30pm and here is all the info you will need.

Where do I go?

Saint Alice is at Level 1/204 Quay Street at the Viaduct.

On arrival

Let staff know you are there for the Social with a Twist event, and which table you are on.

which table am i on?

You’ll see your table number when you’re included in the WhatsApp chat group for your table.

what to expect?

There are 14 ladies so you will be split into two smaller groups of 7, so it will be easier to connect. The tables are high, and next to each other so after you’ve eaten you’ll be able to mingle between the two🎉🥂😊

The food has been coordinated and arranged for each group, and the shared food selection will be served at 5pm.

This will include:

Margherita Pizza
Prosciutto and rocket pizza
Selection of cheeses with crackers, breads nuts and olives
Vegetable quinoa salad bowls with lentils, fried tofu, hummus with maple cider dressing
Squid

drinks

To pay separately for your drinks you can use the QR code at your table or you can pop up to the bar🥂.

event finish time

Event finish time is 6.30pm, and your table will be available to 7.30pm, you’ll be able to stay as long (or short) as you’d like to😊

The manager, Julien, or alternative manager will be able to assist if you have any queries.

If you need to cancel prior to the event please let me, or let the ladies know in the chat group.

parking

Downtown car park is close by and just $2.50 per hour. Click for info.
