Social with a Twist @ Arte Rooftop Bar

I hope you’re excited about meeting fab new women on Saturday😊 Here is all the info you will need for your lunch event at Arte Rooftop Bar.

Where do i go?

Arte Rooftop Bar is at Kon-Tiki Centre, Tower 2 Rooftop, 55 Plaza Parade in Maroochydore. The lifts that go up to the rooftop are clearly marked, and just press “R” for rooftop.

on arrival

Just let staff know you are attending the Social with a Twist event.

what to expect?

There will be 23 ladies attending, and you’ll be split into two smaller tables so it will be easier to connect, and for anyone who’s nervous it will be less daunting being in a smaller group.

which table am i on?

Your table number is in the name of your WhatsApp chat group.

food

The food will all come out at 12.20pm. Shared food selection:

Moroccan lamb pizza
Greek Salad
Charred chicken skewers (GF)
Mushroom pasta

food allergies

Please note venue cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination or traces.

drinks

These can be purchased from the comfort of your seat😊🥂, staff will take payment at your table.

event finish time

The event finishes at 2.00pm and your table is available until 3pm. You’ll be welcome to stay as long (or short) as you’d like to.

chat group

I do not see most of the messages in the chat group once the ladies start chatting so if you need to contact me please message me directly.

cancellations

If you need to cancel on or before the day please make sure you let me know as soon as you can as I will need to make the necessary changes.

parking

There is parking in the building on ground floor and level 1.
