pre-Event info - Hibiscus Bar & Terrace

I hope you’re all set for a nice afternoon with the ladies on Saturday😊🎉🥂 The event starts at 1pm, and here is all the info you will need.

Where do I go?

Hibiscus Bar is in the Hyatt Regency Hotel at 72 Queen Street in the city. Enter the hotel and take the lift to the 4th floor. There will also be signage for the Hibiscus Bar.

On arrival

When you are at Hibiscus Bar, just let staff know you are attending the Social with a Twist event and they will direct you.

what to expect?

There will be 20 ladies attending with a mix of ladies who have attended events before and newbies, so you’ll all get to meet fab new women😊

There will be 3 tables with 8 seats, so it will be nice to be in smaller groups to connect. The food will be served buffet-style at 1.15pm. You will be able to help yourself and then take a seat.

The tables are high tables with stools so it will be nice and easy for post lunch chats and mingling.

This will be the food selection:

  • Buttermilk chicken and grilled beef sliders

  • Crispy chicken tenders with ranch dressing

  • Crunchy fries with red chicken salt (GF)

  • Crispy falafel & shawarma-spiced tempeh (V, GF, DF)

  • Smoked baba ganoush & creamy hummus (V, GF)

  • Fresh cabbage, cucumber & tomato salad (GF, DF)

  • Warm zaatar-spiced flatbread (V)

  • Margherita pizza (V)

drinks

Drinks can be purchased at the bar which will be close to where you will be seated.

event finish time

Event finishes at 3pm but you will be able to stay as long (or short) as you’d like to😊

pre-connection

You will have the option to be included in a pre-connection WhatsApp group. When everyone confirms whether or not they would like to be included with a ❤️ or 👍 in WhatsApp , then the chat groups will be created.

arrival time

The reserved area will be available from 12.30pm, so you can let ladies know in chat group what time you plan on arriving.
