pre-Event info - Toscano

I hope you’re all set for the Social with a Twist event on Saturday, and meeting fab new friends😊 The event starts at 1pm and here is all the pre-event info you will need.

Where do I go?

The event is at Toscano Bar & Kitchen, 2 Edward Street in the city.

On arrival

Toscano staff will welcome you. Just let them know you are attending the Social with a Twist event, and which table you are on.

which table am i on?

Your table will be indicated in the name of your WhatsApp chat group. Your name will also be listed on the reserved sign on your table.

if you arrive early

Your table will be available from 12.40pm, and you can let the ladies know in your chat group what time you plan on arriving.

what to expect?

There will be 32 ladies attending, and you will be on a table of 10-11 ladies.

food

This selection of shared food will all come out at 1:20pm:

  • Gorgonzola pizza with pear, mozzarella, parmesan, walnut and honey (V)

  • Cured meats

  • Mozzarella (V)

  • Focaccia

  • Crispy prosciutto salad

  • Green salad (V)

  • Calamari (There will be 3-4 serves per table in total. These take longer to prepare so there will be a delay in some serves coming out)

food safety

Please be advised whilst precautions will be taken during food preparation to prevent cross contamination, venue cannot guarantee there will not be traces of the allergen in the food provided as the food is not prepared in an allergen free environment.

drink on arrival

Your arrival drink included in your booking will be served to you at your table.

additional drinks

Can be purchased from staff in the comfort of your seat at your table.

event finish time

Event finish time is 3pm, and your tables will be available to 3.45pm.

cancellations

If you need to cancel at any time prior to the event please let me know as soon as you know as I will need to make the necessary arrangements.

arriving on time

Please allow enough time to arrive on time for 1pm, your table will be available from 12.40pm if you do arrive early.
