pre-Event info - Bodrum Market

I hope you’re all set for a fun Saturday lunch with the girls😊🎉🥂 The event starts at 1pm and here is all the info you will need.

Where do I go?

Bodrum Market is at 277–309 Broadway, Westfield Newmarket, on the rooftop dining area (Level 4M). If you are unable to find Bodrum, Westfield staff can assist (Customer Service desk is at Ground floor, next to H&M)

On arrival

Advise staff you are attending the Social with a Twist event.

if you arrive early

Your table will probably be available from 12.45pm but if it is not, you’ll be able to wait/grab a drink in the bar area.

what to expect?

There are 16 ladies attending, and there will be two tables.

food

There will be a separate table with the food where you’ll be able to help yourself to this selection.

Iskender lamb pide with tzatziki, pickled peppers, sumac
Spicy roasted vegetable pide with mozzarella, feta, tzatziki, spicy aioli, chilli flakes (V)
Calamari in marinara sauce and lemon
Cauliflower fritters with spicy aioli, salsa (V)
Chicken skewers
Hummus, tzatziki, muhammara (V)
Dolmades falafel (V)
Olives, feta, mixed pickles and flatbread

The food will all come out at 1.20pm

drinks

These can be purchased at the front counter or pay stations, and portable payment options are also available at the table if required.🥳🥂.

event finish time

Event finishes at 3pm, and you are welcome to stay as long (or short) as you’d like to😊 Your tables will be available to 4.30pm.

If you have any queries staff or the duty manager will be able to assist.

cancellations

If you need to cancel prior to, or on the day of the event, please let me know as early as possible so I can make the necessary arrangements.

parking

The venue has advised there is convenient parking available within the mall, including areas close to Bodrum. The easiest ones would be on the Green Car Park side Level 1-4m.
