Social with a Twist @ Southbank Beer Garden

I hope you’re all set for the Social with a Twist event on Saturday and meeting some fab new women😊 The event starts at 2pm and here is all the info you will need.

Where do I go?

Southbank Beer Garden is at 30BA Stanley Street Plaza. You’ll be in the back deck area, as it should be a bit quieter there for you.

On arrival

Just let staff know you are there for the Social with a Twist event and they will direct you to your table.

what to expect?

There are 16 ladies attending, with a mix of newbies and women who have attended events before. This will be an easy option to meet new women, have a chat and some laughs over a bite to eat😊 The food will all come out at 2.15pm.

food

This will be the shared selection for the table:

  • Margherita pizza

  • Black truffle mushroom pizza

  • Artisan cocktail pies

  • Sausage rolls

  • Vegetarian mini quiches, spring rolls and samosas

food safety

Please be advised whilst precautions will be taken during food preparation to prevent cross contamination, venue cannot guarantee there will not be traces of the allergen in the food provided as the food is not prepared in an allergen free environment.

event finish time

Event finish time is 4pm, but your table will be available to 5pm so you will be welcome to stay as long (or short) as you’d like to😊

drinks

Bills cannot be split, so you can purchase drinks at the bar or via the QR code on your table to pay separately.

pre-connection

There will be a WhatsApp group set up on Friday for the ladies who would like to be included in a chat group, to pre-connect with the other women attending.

cancellations

If you need to cancel prior to the event please let me or the girls know in the chat group. I am contactable on mobile 0468 757 046 or via WhatsApp.

arrival time

The event starts at 2pm, and your table will be available from 1.45pm, so you can let the ladies know in the chat group what time you plan on arriving.

As I won’t be at the event, feel free to pop me a message if you have any queries, and Southbank Beer Garden staff will also be able to assist.
